Having a BM has always been a challenge for me, even as a child. My mother used to call me “marbles” when I had a BM. I just figure that’s the way I was. Yes it definately works! I’ve been taking it for about 6 months and I no longer have to look for the nearest toilet wherever I go! Awesome product. Combine it with a sensible diet and 3x/week exercise routine and you’re good to go (literally). I lost about 12 pounds (177 to 165) since taking it and love that I have regular bowel movements for the first time in my life. Best advice is start with the lower dosage until you know how many you need each night. The recommended dosage is 3 to 8 capsules. I have found that six is about right for me (5′10″ male, 41 yrs old, 165 lbs.). The only warning is to make sure you have easy access to a bathroom and/or cut down your dosage so it’s not as “explosive”. Sorry, don’t know any other way to state that.
